Pattullo stands down as CEVA Chairman

CEVA Logistics has announced the retirement of its CEO, John Pattullo.

He will be succeeded by the company’s Chairman, Marvin Schlanger, and Pattullo will continue to serve on CEVA’s board of directors.

Schlanger said: “When John came to CEVA, he expressed his expectation of staying with the company for five years.

"Under his leadership, the integration of TNT Logistics and EGL was successfully executed and the company’s unique customer-focused, end to end operating model successfully developed.

“We want to thank John for his strong leadership of the company and look forward to his continued guidance as a member of our board.”

Patullo began his career in the supply chain division of Procter & Gamble before joining Exel in 2005, where he became CEO of its Europe, Middle East & Africa division.

Following Deutsche Post-DHL’s acquisition of Exel, he ran the combined contract logistics business before being appointed CEO of CEVA, which was created in 2007 after PE fund Apollo Management acquired TNT Logistics and EGL.
